The John L. Norris Addiction Treatment Center is a 44-bed state-operated inpatient program in Rochester, run by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports. It treats adult men and women for dependency on alcohol and other drugs and, unusually for an inpatient rehab, also provides problem-gambling services, including for people whose addiction co-occurs with a mental health condition. Medicare, private insurance, military coverage and state funding are accepted.

Certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), the program serves up to 17 men in recovery, with onsite individual and group counseling and support for residents pursuing work, education, or volunteer goals. Sundram Manor accepts private insurance, Medicare, and military insurance (TRICARE).

It provides inpatient and residential psychiatric care for adults living with serious mental illness. The agency was founded in 1837 as the Rochester Orphan Asylum and describes itself as one of the oldest non-profit family and youth human-services organizations in the United States. Its approach is family-driven, youth-guided, trauma-informed and culturally competent. Medicare is accepted.
