Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch has cared for young people since welcoming its first child in 1957 and runs psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF) on its historic Billings campus on South 72nd Street West, alongside therapeutic group homes and statewide community-based services. The program works with youth affected by trauma and complex mental health needs, and its admissions team helps families choose within that statewide network. Private insurance including Blue Cross Blue Shield and TRICARE is accepted, as are state-funded placements.

Clearview Horizon is a therapeutic boarding school for girls aged 13-21 located near Sandpoint, Idaho.

Center for Discovery's Plano location opened in 2015 in an estate-style home in the Willow Bend neighborhood of Plano, Texas, and provides residential eating disorder treatment for young people of all genders aged 9 to 17. The program treats anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia and other specified feeding or eating disorders, including cases with co-occurring mental health conditions, and the wider organization also runs intensive outpatient care at three to five hours a day, three to five days a week for adolescents and adults. Private insurance is accepted, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Optum, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, TRICARE and TriWest.

It treats anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions at Level 1, school refusal and emotional dysregulation, delivering 10 to 15 hours of therapy a week across individual, family, group and experiential sessions, with clinical care integrated into academics so students do not fall behind. The program is individualized to meet each resident’s diverse needs, and offers a variable length of stay of up to 12 months with the average of 6 to 8 months, depending on progress in the program and individual circumstances.

Oxbow Academy is a residential treatment program and therapeutic boarding school in Mount Pleasant, Utah for boys aged 10 to 17 with problematic sexual behaviors, including compulsive sexual behavior and pornography addiction. The program also treats co-occurring substance addictions and houses neurodiverse and neurotypical students in separate units. Care moves through evaluation, treatment and transition phases on a residential campus.
