Hillside Childrens Center

Hillside Children's Center provides residential treatment, education and community-based services for young people and families who have experienced trauma, from its Monroe Campus in Rochester — a 101-bed site. The agency was founded in 1837 as the Rochester Orphan Asylum and describes itself as one of the oldest non-profit family and youth human-services organizations in the United States. Its approach is family-driven, youth-guided, trauma-informed and culturally competent. Medicare is accepted.
