Its Community Integration Services are a Medicaid-reimbursable service for QUEST Integration members who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and services are also open to people meeting the developmental-disability Medicaid Waiver criteria — with the Crisis Network Services Program covering those who do not qualify for the waiver.
