FLACRA's Farmington Integrated Outpatient clinic at 1386 Hathaway Drive is one of seven outpatient clinics the agency runs across the Finger Lakes region, providing substance use counseling, intensive outpatient treatment and medication-assisted treatment including daily methadone dispensing. Founded in 1973, FLACRA is a private not-for-profit agency licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), and it publishes a sliding fee scale for people paying out of pocket. Medicaid and Medicare are both accepted here, alongside private insurance, military insurance and self-payment.

One World Counseling provides a comprehensive range of treatment services to individuals in recovery, along with their family members and significant others.

C.H.A.D. runs an OASAS-licensed outpatient clinic at 75 Genesee Street in Auburn, with an adult intensive outpatient program, individual and group counseling, and medication-assisted treatment using Suboxone, Sublocade, Naltrexone and Vivitrol. The agency is also Cayuga County's OASAS prevention provider, houses the Cayuga County Drug Free Community Coalition, and sends counsellors into the Cayuga County Jail to work with incarcerated people who have alcohol or drug problems. Its payment page states that Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care are accepted along with most insurance, Medicare and personalised payment plans, and telehealth appointments are available.
