This Clifton Springs location offers residential treatment and a 24-hour help line, and accepts Medicare and Medicaid.

Hillside Children's Center provides residential treatment, education and community-based services for young people and families who have experienced trauma, from its Monroe Campus in Rochester — a 101-bed site. The agency was founded in 1837 as the Rochester Orphan Asylum and describes itself as one of the oldest non-profit family and youth human-services organizations in the United States. Its approach is family-driven, youth-guided, trauma-informed and culturally competent. Medicare is accepted.

Rochester Psychiatric Center is a New York State–operated psychiatric center in Rochester, run by the state Office of Mental Health. It provides inpatient and residential psychiatric care for adults living with serious mental illness. Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and military coverage are accepted, alongside state funding.

Champlain Valley Family Center (CVFC) is a private non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving Clinton County, New York from its main location in Plattsburgh. The center operates a CCBHC Integrated Outpatient Clinic treating both addiction and mental health, alongside an Intensive Crisis and Stabilization Center for urgent behavioral health needs. CVFC runs a Peer Engagement and Recovery Support Program launched in 2017 through NYS OASAS funding, pairing individuals with peer specialists who use lived experience to support recovery goals. Greater Binghamton Health Center is a psychiatric facility operated by the New York State Office of Mental Health in Binghamton, New York. Oswego County Opportunities is a private, non-profit human service agency serving around 15,000 people a year across more than 50 programs in Oswego County, New York. Its residential treatment program in Fulton sits within that wider network, which also runs emergency and crisis services, education programs, reproductive health care and a weekly LGBTQ+ drop-in — so a client can be connected to housing, health and crisis support from inside the same organization. Medicare is accepted.
