CVFC offers a full spectrum of behavioral health services across four locations in Clinton County: the CCBHC Integrated Outpatient Clinic at 20 Ampersand Drive (Plattsburgh), the Recovery Campus at 516 Norrisville Road (Schuyler Falls) providing residential support, the All Ways to Recovery Community Center on the MHAB Life Skills Campus, and the Crisis Center at Cumberland Hall. Services include outpatient individual and group counseling, medication-assisted treatment including Vivitrol, intensive crisis stabilization, care management, peer engagement and recovery support, jail-based SUD assessment and transition planning, the Intensive Family Support Program (IFSP), CTURN care coordination, prevention education, and housing support.
