Treatment starts from the position that addiction is specific to the person and often follows trauma or an untreated mental health problem, and combines CBT, trauma-focused counseling and relapse prevention with medication-assisted treatment. Day-to-day life on site includes a culinary program and an on-site gym rather than only therapy hours. Coverage is through private or military insurance, or self-pay.
