THRIVE Wellness and Recovery is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2024 that provides mental health and addiction services for children, adolescents, adults and families across Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties in northern New York, with its Watertown site at 611 West Main Street. It is certified by NYS OASAS and the NYS Office of Mental Health, holds CARF International accreditation for its opioid treatment programme, and offers same-day or appointment-based outpatient care alongside short- and long-term residential care and supportive housing. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, and a sliding fee scale based on family size and income is available for people without insurance.
