True North Health Clinic (Intercept True North) provides addiction treatment and psychiatric care in Roanoke, Virginia, with additional sites in Glen Allen and Fredericksburg. Services include intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, residential treatment at ASAM Level 3.1, medication-assisted recovery and outpatient detoxification, plus statewide virtual services. The clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and military coverage.

FIRST Recovery is the Roanoke Valley substance use program of Crescent Counseling and Casework Services, which opened its Roanoke office in May 2018 after more than a decade serving Virginia Beach and the surrounding area. It provides an intensive outpatient program alongside individual and group counseling, substance use case management and peer recovery support, and the organization also runs intensive in-home services for adolescents and young people at high risk of placement outside the family home. It is CARF-accredited. Payment can be made through Medicaid, Medicare, or private or military insurance.
