Medication-assisted treatment for adults includes buprenorphine and Vivitrol. The organization states that services are covered by most insurances, with sliding-scale self-pay fees for people who are not covered.

Liberation Programs' Stamford clinic provides outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for substance use and mental health conditions, including opioid use disorder. The agency began in Stamford in 1971 — Liberation House was its first site — and now runs services in Bridgeport, Greenwich, Norwalk, Stamford and Westport, working with adolescents, men, women and families.
