Life Help is the Region 6 community mental health organization for the Mississippi Delta, and this is its intensive outpatient program on Highway 7 South in Greenwood — the same address as its Denton House residential program for men. It provides intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use treatment together with DUI programming, and telehealth is available. This program does not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Military insurance, self-pay and public assistance are accepted.

It works to the Sanctuary Model — a whole-organization approach to recovery from adversity — and in 2017 became formally Sanctuary Certified by the Andrus Sanctuary Institute, which is a commitment about how staff behave, not just what therapy is offered. Counseling in its behavioral health clinic starts from age five, and residential care is paired with a day school, care coordination and workforce development. The Villa traces its history to 1942, when Sisters and children moved onto farmland in Greece, New York. Coverage includes Medicaid and Medicare, private and military insurance, and state funding.

The house combines in-house medical treatment with intensive cognitive behavioral therapy in phases: an opening stage focused on establishing a daily routine and beginning intensive treatment, then a transitional phase in the second and third months when residents leave the house for outside activities and work on a balanced lifestyle as a bridge to living independently.
