Freedom Healthcare Services has run outpatient addiction treatment in western Pennsylvania since 2012, and its Bridgeville clinic at 316 Station Street is one of two sites listed by the operator alongside Ellwood City. Treatment is medication-assisted, using Suboxone, methadone, Vivitrol and the newly added Brixadi injection, paired with individual and group therapy for opioid use disorder, alcohol and prescription drug addiction, and co-occurring depression or anxiety. Medicare, private insurance, military insurance and self-payment are accepted, and the program schedules around work, family and pregnancy rather than requiring a residential stay.
