Outpatient Rehab·Mental Health Center

The CARE Center is the drug and alcohol treatment program of Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services (SPHS), offering recovery-based, trauma-informed outpatient and intensive outpatient care in Washington, Greene, and Butler counties. Its Washington location at 75 East Maiden Street provides drug and alcohol outpatient treatment. The center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, military insurance, and state-financed programs.

Outpatient Rehab

The CARE Center provides outpatient counseling and an intensive outpatient program for substance use in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, and is a Center of Excellence for opioid use disorder — Pennsylvania's model for coordinating medication, counseling and community supports around one person rather than leaving them to assemble it. It is part of SPHS, Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has served the region for more than 55 years and runs a wider network of human services alongside its treatment programs.
