The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center ministries in the United States provide an in-residence rehabilitation program with a focus on basic necessities. Each beneficiary (program participant) is provided with a clean and healthy living environment, good food, work therapy, leisure time activities, group and individual counseling, spiritual direction, and other needed resources.

Community Counseling Center of Mercer County provides counseling, behavioral health and substance use treatment for adults, children and families in Mercer County and the surrounding area. Alongside its Hermitage office, the center runs sites in Greenville and Grove City, offers employment and housing support and a West Central Center for the Deaf, and operates a warm line for crisis support. It accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance, with a sliding fee scale.

Jade Wellness Center's Wexford clinic at 101 North Meadows Drive, Suite 234, is one of three sites the operator runs in south-western Pennsylvania alongside Southside and Monroeville, and takes a deliberately low-barrier approach to medication for opioid use disorder. Its intensive outpatient programme runs a day track of three days per week at three hours per day with an evening track available, and a step-down level of two hours per week for people leaving IOP; medication support includes Suboxone and Vivitrol, and a separate tobacco recovery programme is offered. Aetna, Cigna and Optum are among the plans listed as accepted, along with Medicare, military insurance and self-payment.
