The location offers medically supervised withdrawal management, intensive outpatient and standard outpatient programming, and a recovery home. It accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare, private insurance, military insurance and state-funded coverage. The operator was known as Gateway Foundation until August 2026; the name changed, this location and its programs did not.

Camelot of Staten Island runs a 45-bed intensive residential program for men with substance use disorders on the Sea View Hospital campus, opened in 2012. It is operated by Camelot Counseling, a 501(c)(3) non-profit licensed by the State of New York that has worked on Staten Island since 1971, when a group of local business people from the North Shore Kiwanis Club opened a storefront program for troubled young people. Camelot opened the island's first 25-bed substance use residential facility in 1992, and now also provides counseling for adults, adolescents, children and families, with adult outpatient services for men and women. Medicaid, private and military insurance, state funding, public assistance and self-pay are accepted, with a sliding scale.

Northpointe Council is a not-for-profit human service organization governed by a board and membership, and it runs the wider service around this one — outpatient clinics treating adolescents and adults, and a Niagara Falls methadone program with early-morning dosing hours from 6am. Medication-assisted treatment for adults includes buprenorphine and Vivitrol. The organization states that services are covered by most insurances, with sliding-scale self-pay fees for people who are not covered.
