Gateway Community Services is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) that has treated addiction in Jacksonville since 1978, offering medically monitored withdrawal management alongside residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient care and sober living. It works with adults and adolescents across Northeast Florida, including people with co-occurring mental health conditions, and states plainly that it welcomes everyone seeking treatment — including those who are uninsured or underinsured. Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance, state funding, public assistance and self-pay are accepted.
