The Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center of Saint Clair County provides withdrawal management, residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient care for substance use disorders in East Saint Louis, Illinois. The non-profit center serves adults and young adults, including veterans and people with co-occurring mental health conditions, and offers methadone and buprenorphine for opioid use disorder alongside cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted.

HRDI is a community outpatient rehab and methadone-based opioid treatment program with multiple locations in both the states of Alabama and Illinois, serving nearly 8,000 people annually. HRDI provides addiction treatment, case management, as well as adult and youth mental health services.

Telecare Redwood Place is a men-only treatment center located in Oakland, CA. The facility accepts clients with children. Note, they don't treat opioid addiction.
