The program offers medical detox, residential care, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization for adults and adolescents, with dedicated tracks for LGBTQ+ clients and for military veterans and first responders. Starlite accepts private insurance and military insurance (TRICARE); its insurance page states it does not take Medicare or Medicaid.

Located in Galax, Virginia, the Life Center of Galax is a private drug & alcohol rehab center for the treatment of alcoholism, drug addiction and dual diagnosis problems.
