Gateway Foundation Corrections' alcohol and drug treatment programs are delivered in a variety of correctional treatment settings such as prisons, jails, pre-release centers, day reporting centers and community corrections/outpatient programs designed specifically to assist substance-abusing offenders.

"Starting Point" is a Harlem-based SAMHSA-Certified opioid treatment program run by START Treatment and Recovery Centers, that offers medical detoxification and outpatient methadone and buprenorphine services.
