Plainview Serenity Center is a non-profit chemical dependency and dual diagnosis agency, and this is its Lubbock location on 35th Street. It provides intensive outpatient, supportive outpatient and standard outpatient treatment for adults — women, men and young adults — including medication-assisted treatment, and treats substance use alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, state funding and self-pay are accepted.
