The program treats anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia and other specified feeding or eating disorders, including cases with co-occurring mental health conditions, and the wider organization also runs intensive outpatient care at three to five hours a day, three to five days a week for adolescents and adults. Innova Recovery Center is a trauma-focused treatment provider on Paesanos Parkway in San Antonio that holds The Joint Commission's National Quality Approval and runs separate tracks for women, men, teenagers aged 12 to 17, and military members, veterans and their families. Treatment plans are matched to co-occurring conditions and assigned to therapists trained in specific specialisms rather than a single general program, spanning residential care, partial hospitalisation and intensive outpatient groups plus online therapy. Clearfork Academy’s Fort Worth outpatient facility at 3880 Hulen St serves adolescents ages 13–17 who need more support than traditional weekly therapy but do not require round-the-clock residential care. The facility provides structured treatment for mental health concerns, substance use disorders, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring conditions. Teens can receive treatment while continuing to live at home and remain connected to their families, schools, and communities.
