Northshire is United Counseling Service's office at 5312 Main Street in Manchester Center, Vermont. UCS is the region's non-profit designated agency, providing outpatient mental health services, substance use services, psychiatric care and 24-hour emergency support. Services span children, families and adults, with referral into residential and day programs elsewhere in the UCS network.

The Huntsman Mental Health Institute's Park City Behavioral Health Clinic provides outpatient mental health and substance use care in Park City, Utah. Part of University of Utah Health, the clinic offers intensive outpatient and outpatient programming with psychiatric and therapy services. Care connects to the wider HMHI system when a higher level of care is needed.

MCCA's McDonough House in Danbury, Connecticut provides intensive residential substance use treatment and medically monitored withdrawal management (ASAM 3.7 level of care). MCCA operates addiction treatment programs across western Connecticut, from inpatient care through outpatient clinics.

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is a non-profit designated agency based on Fisher Pond Road in Saint Albans, Vermont. It provides outpatient mental health therapy, youth outpatient substance use treatment, community-based crisis and emergency services, integrated healthcare, and community rehabilitation and treatment. The agency also runs developmental, autism, deaf and hard of hearing, traumatic brain injury, school-based and early childhood programs.

Wasatch Behavioral Health is a public special service district providing community mental health and substance use services in Utah County, including a residential program in Spanish Fork. The district runs a range of mental health and addiction programs for county residents. Residential care sits alongside its wider outpatient network.

Choices is Riverbend Community Mental Health's substance use program at 42 Pleasant Street in Concord, New Hampshire. It provides intensive outpatient and outpatient treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Riverbend is a non-profit community mental health center serving the Concord area, with psychiatric emergency services alongside its outpatient programs.

Advanced Therapeutic Services is an outpatient addiction and mental health treatment center in Rancho Mirage, California. It offers intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs for adults with co-occurring conditions, and lists commercial insurers including Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, and TRICARE.

Recovery Works NW is a medication assisted treatment provider that specializes in helping people with opiate addiction issues. We use both Suboxone as well as Vivitrol to help people maintain sobriety.

The program offers non-hospital detox followed by residential care, with medication-assisted treatment and separate programming for men and women. Treatment addresses alcohol, opioid, heroin, methamphetamine and benzodiazepine dependence.
