Care is led by a psychiatrist-directed medical and clinical team offering medication-assisted and evidence-based treatment across residential, outpatient and telehealth settings, with a family program and alumni support, and the organization runs J.O.H.N. (Just One Hero Needed), a residential program exclusively for veterans and first responders aged 18 and over. Private insurance is accepted, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Humana and Magellan, alongside self-pay.
