Nuestra Clinica is the residential substance use treatment program of the Spanish American Civic Association in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. SACA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 1973 and an affiliate of UnidosUS, and it serves the region's Latino community with bilingual, trauma-informed care — so treatment here can be delivered in Spanish rather than through an interpreter. The association also runs adolescent and youth intervention programming alongside the residential clinic, and publishes its annual financial statements. The program takes Medicare, private insurance and military insurance.

The Mayo Clinic Health System Fountain Center provides outpatient addiction treatment in Minnesota as part of the internationally recognised Mayo Clinic network. The programme offers evidence-based substance use disorder treatment integrated with the full medical resources of Mayo Clinic. The programme accepts Medicare and private insurance.

Rosecrance Greendale House in Rockford is a transitional living home and long-term recovery program for adults and mothers with their children, located in a 10-unit apartment complex. Greendale House is located near the Rosecrance Harrison Campus, which gives residents easy access to services offered through the adult treatment program there. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

Crossroads Arcadia Center is a nonprofit Crossroads, Inc. campus on East Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Crossroads' residential campuses run the organization's 45-day program of counseling, psychoeducational groups, and 12-step and SMART Recovery meetings; this campus also hosts on-site recovery meetings. Reach for Recovery is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Grand Haven, Michigan, providing residential treatment for men and women alongside intensive outpatient and outpatient care, with medication-assisted treatment added to its services in 2021. Programs include men's and women's early recovery groups, family services, recovery coaching from certified peer coaches with their own lived experience, and a specialized track for mothers with infants. Clinical staff are licensed masters-level therapists and certified advanced alcohol and drug counselors, and the organization is accredited by CARF. It provides intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use treatment together with DUI programming, and telehealth is available. This program does not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Military insurance, self-pay and public assistance are accepted.
