Operated by Riverside County through the Riverside University Health System, it runs specialized tracks for adolescents, adults, and pregnant women and mothers with young children. The program accepts Medi-Cal (California's Medicaid) and military insurance.

Same-day access intakes run every weekday. Mount Rogers has served southwest Virginia since 1972 as a not-for-profit governed by a fourteen-member board, covering Bland, Carroll, Grayson, Smyth and Wythe counties.
