Crooked River Counseling PA

Crooked River Counseling provides outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use and mental health treatment from offices in Rumford and Bridgton, Maine, both on hospital campuses. Founded in 2005 in Norway, Maine, the practice later added an intensive outpatient program and helped build one of western Maine's first integrated office-based medication-assisted treatment programs, working with regional primary care practices so that MAT is available close to home. Treatment starts with an intake assessment and an individual plan, reviewed every 30 days for IOP participants and at least every 90 days otherwise. Medicare and private insurance are accepted.
