TASC works at the intersection of behavioral health and the legal system, and its Community Resources and Treatment service provides screening and assessment for substance use and mental health needs plus outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, delivered in person at selected sites and by telehealth anywhere in Illinois. The office also supports St. Clair County's drug court, drug school and domestic violence programs, and it accepts Medicare, private and military insurance, payment assistance and self-payment.

The Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center of Saint Clair County provides withdrawal management, residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient care for substance use disorders in East Saint Louis, Illinois. It treats adult men and women for dependency on alcohol and other drugs and, unusually for an inpatient rehab, also provides problem-gambling services, including for people whose addiction co-occurs with a mental health condition. Van Buren Community Mental Health (VBCMH) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Paw Paw, Michigan, serving Van Buren County residents of all ages with outpatient, home-based, and school-based behavioral health and substance use services, plus a 24/7 crisis line. Care covers serious mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, serious emotional disturbance, and substance use disorders, with a dedicated Veteran Navigator program. VBCMH accepts Medicaid and Medicare and offers a sliding fee scale based on family size and income, with no one denied services for inability to pay.

It treats adolescents on an outpatient basis, so a young person keeps living at home and attending school while they are in the program, and it serves families across the Coachella Valley. What follows draws on substance education, coping-skills training, work on managing emotions and on communication, individual counseling and family counseling, with group discussion sessions tied to the educational classes. The program ends with relapse-prevention work and an aftercare plan. The site is licensed and certified by the California Department of Health Care Services under provider number 330037DN, certified through 28 February 2027. It does not provide opioid-specific treatment such as methadone or buprenorphine, and it is not a residential program — the same organization runs residential recovery homes for adults and an outpatient mental health clinic at other addresses in the valley.
