PermiaCare accepts Medicare, Medicaid and some private insurance, with income-based financial assistance and no one denied for inability to pay.

Treatment Center

Trinity Glen is MCCA's men's residential substance use treatment program on West Cornwall Road in Sharon, Connecticut, part of MCCA's network of addiction treatment services across western Connecticut.

Outpatient Rehab

Frontier Health has provided behavioral health care across northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia since 1957, and its Community Connections clinic on Champions Avenue in Big Stone Gap offers outpatient mental health and substance use treatment — individual and group psychotherapy, psychiatric services and crisis support. Addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions are treated together rather than in sequence, which is the organization's stated position on what makes recovery hold. Around the clinical work sits the rest of Frontier Health: vocational recovery services using the Individual Placement and Support model, which puts people into competitive employment with ongoing support rather than pre-employment training; developmental disability services; and sponsored residential home services. Spanish-speaking callers can reach an interpreter directly. Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance, state funding and public assistance are accepted, with a sliding scale for self-pay.

Treatment Center

Grace House of Memphis is a women-only, long-term residential and outpatient substance use treatment program serving women aged 18 and over in Memphis, Tennessee. Founded in 1976 by Pat Stokes, it treats alcohol and drug use together with co-occurring mental health conditions. Admission is available regardless of ability to pay, with state-financed assistance, a sliding fee scale, and payment assistance.

Rosecrance Greendale House in Rockford is a transitional living home and long-term recovery program for adults and mothers with their children, located in a 10-unit apartment complex. Greendale House is located near the Rosecrance Harrison Campus, which gives residents easy access to services offered through the adult treatment program there. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

Treatment Center

Casa Cecilia is a six-bed residential recovery home for women in Thermal, run by the Riverside County Latino Commission, whose facilities are the only Spanish-speaking substance use facilities in Riverside County. The 60-day inpatient program covers individual and group counseling, relapse prevention and aftercare, and is licensed and certified by the California Department of Health Care Services. It is funded through Riverside County Medi-Cal — California's Medicaid program — with private and military insurance, public assistance and a sliding scale for self-pay also accepted.

Community Counseling Center of Mercer County provides counseling, behavioral health and substance use treatment for adults, children and families in Mercer County and the surrounding area. Alongside its Hermitage office, the center runs sites in Greenville and Grove City, offers employment and housing support and a West Central Center for the Deaf, and operates a warm line for crisis support. It accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance, with a sliding fee scale.
