ChangePoint Integrated Health – Holbrook

The Holbrook clinic is ChangePoint Integrated Health's substance use outpatient program for Navajo County, offering individual counseling, intensive outpatient groups and Suboxone therapy for opioid addiction. It sits inside an organization that has worked in the county since 1966 and runs its own 16-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital, so referral onward does not mean leaving the area. ChangePoint states that it will not refuse services because a person cannot pay, or because payment would come from Medicare, Medicaid or CHIP. Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance, state funding and public assistance are accepted, with a sliding fee schedule based on income.
