Located on Buffalo's East Side, the program serves 24 men age 18 and older, pairing counseling with support toward work, education, and independent living in a trauma-informed setting. Camelot of Staten Island runs a 45-bed intensive residential program for men with substance use disorders on the Sea View Hospital campus, opened in 2012. It is operated by Camelot Counseling, a 501(c)(3) non-profit licensed by the State of New York that has worked on Staten Island since 1971, when a group of local business people from the North Shore Kiwanis Club opened a storefront program for troubled young people. Camelot opened the island's first 25-bed substance use residential facility in 1992, and now also provides counseling for adults, adolescents, children and families, with adult outpatient services for men and women. Medicaid, private and military insurance, state funding, public assistance and self-pay are accepted, with a sliding scale.

South Central Rehabilitation Center provides residential and outpatient substance use treatment in New Haven, operated by Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center — a federally qualified community health center established in 1968 by the Hill Parents Association together with Yale School of Medicine. Opioid treatment is offered with methadone and buprenorphine alongside counseling, for adults including those with co-occurring mental health conditions. The health center says it accepts all insurance, naming Medicare, Medicaid (Title 19), HUSKY and Charter Oak, and its Recovery and Wellness Center holds ASAM Level I accreditation.

Casa Cecilia is a six-bed residential recovery home for women in Thermal, run by the Riverside County Latino Commission, whose facilities are the only Spanish-speaking substance use facilities in Riverside County. The 60-day inpatient program covers individual and group counseling, relapse prevention and aftercare, and is licensed and certified by the California Department of Health Care Services. It is funded through Riverside County Medi-Cal — California's Medicaid program — with private and military insurance, public assistance and a sliding scale for self-pay also accepted.
