Community Mental Health Affiliates (CMHA) is a private non-profit behavioral health provider headquartered in New Britain, Connecticut, with eight locations across central Connecticut and in Waterbury. It was the state's first fully Joint Commission accredited Behavioral Health Home and is a SAMHSA-certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. Through its residential settings in Whitehall, Montana, individuals receive 24/7 personalized care, skill-building programs, and meaningful activities. AWARE provides medication management for both youth and adults, comprehensive mental health services, and community-based support programs across Montana. The organization accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.

Highlands Community Services is the Community Services Board for Washington County and the city of Bristol, Virginia, and this Abingdon campus provides outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. The agency has served the area for more than fifty years, covers intellectual disability services as well as behavioral health, and runs a crisis support line around the clock. It takes Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding, and offers a sliding scale to clients paying for themselves.

Bridge Counseling Associates is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1971, making it the oldest nonprofit counseling provider in Southern Nevada. A Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Bridge offers intensive outpatient programming (IOP) and individual and family counseling for co-occurring mental health and addiction needs. Services are provided on a Federal Poverty Level sliding fee scale, and the organization is a certified clinical training site for several university programs. The organization is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, with funding support from the ADAMH Board of Franklin County and the Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Board; services include intensive outpatient and outpatient treatment, counseling for youth, families and older adults, in-home support, and same-day appointments for young people aged 3 to 18 and school staff in Delaware and Morrow counties. Greater Nashua Mental Health is a nonprofit community mental health center on Amherst Street in Nashua that has served the area since it was incorporated in 1924 as the Community Council of Nashua and became a federally recognized Community Mental Health Center in 1974. It provides outpatient and intensive outpatient care for children, adolescents, adults and older adults, specializing in significant behavioral health challenges including co-occurring substance use disorders, and runs homeless outreach and services for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing in New Hampshire. Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance are accepted, a sliding fee scale is available based on family size and income, and the center states no one is ever turned away due to inability to pay.
