Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community mental health organization founded in 1974 that serves Oklahoma City and 16 counties across Oklahoma, and its Elk City site on West 3rd Street provides outpatient and intensive outpatient care for adults aged 16 and older as well as children's and adolescent services.
