Stepworks Recovery Centers runs a 30-day detox and residential program in Paducah alongside short-stay withdrawal support, an intensive outpatient program of three group therapy sessions and one individual session each week, and drug-free sober living apartments for clients transitioning out of residential care. Medication-assisted treatment with physician-managed Suboxone or Vivitrol is available alongside counseling, and the company was founded by Tom Ingram, MD. Medicare, private insurance and state-funded care are accepted.
