Medicaid and Medicare are both recorded as accepted, alongside private and military insurance and self-pay.

Maryhaven's main campus in Columbus, Ohio provides residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient treatment for substance use disorders. The non-profit program serves adults and young adults with co-occurring mental health conditions and offers opioid treatment with methadone and buprenorphine alongside cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma-focused counseling. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted.

Northcutt Place in Dayton is the residential treatment centre of Eastway Behavioral Healthcare, a not-for-profit founded in 1949 and incorporated in 1957 that calls itself the largest private not-for-profit provider of mental health, substance use, housing, employment and educational services in the Miami Valley. The Northcutt Residential Treatment Center provides a residential setting for elementary school-aged boys who have experienced trauma, and sits inside a wider Eastway continuum that includes adult and adolescent outpatient and psychiatric care, forensic services, The Ranch of Opportunity for teenage girls and The Heritage of Hannah Neil on 22 acres in Columbus. Recorded payment options include Medicare, private insurance, state-financed coverage and self-pay.
