Mount Rogers Community Services Board – Grayson Youth and Family Services

Grayson Youth and Family Services is the Mount Rogers Community Services Board's site in Independence, Virginia, working with young people and their families in Grayson County on mental health and substance use concerns through counseling and intensive outpatient care. Same-day access intakes run every weekday. Mount Rogers has served southwest Virginia since 1972 as a not-for-profit governed by a fourteen-member board, covering Bland, Carroll, Grayson, Smyth and Wythe counties. Families without insurance, or underinsured, may be offered a capped fee under the sliding scale or apply for financial assistance; Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding are accepted.
