Highlands Community Services – Abingdon Outpatient

Highlands Community Services is the Community Services Board for Washington County and the city of Bristol, Virginia, and this Abingdon campus provides outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. The agency has served the area for more than fifty years, covers intellectual disability services as well as behavioral health, and runs a crisis support line around the clock. It takes Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding, and offers a sliding scale to clients paying for themselves.
