Center for Discovery Fairfield provides residential eating disorder treatment for women and non-binary adults aged 18 and over, and has done so since opening in 2015, taking clients from Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. Treatment follows the center's CARE-CFD model, which combines trauma-focused nutrition therapy, collaboration between the patient and the care team, attention to the whole body including the nervous system, and an explicitly weight-inclusive stance. Co-occurring conditions are treated alongside the eating disorder, and there is a dedicated pathway for veterans. The program is in-network with major insurers including Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Optum, Cigna and TRICARE East, and private and military insurance are accepted.

Fairview Recovery Services is a private non-profit provider in Binghamton and the only licensed provider of long-term residential substance use disorder treatment in Broome County. It began in 1970, when the Fairview Inn — a Victorian house above the Susquehanna Valley — opened to three people affected by alcoholism, and it now runs New York State Part 820 stabilization and reintegration programs licensed by the Office of Addiction Services and Supports, including a residential reintegration program for women over 18. Alongside residential care it provides medication-assisted treatment, mental health services, vocational counseling, recreation therapy, case management, peer support and a continuum of housing programs. The program takes Medicaid and Medicare alongside private and military insurance and state funding.

THRIVE Wellness and Recovery is a not-for-profit formed in 2024 by the merger of Credo Community Center for the Treatment of Addictions — which had been treating addiction in northern New York for fifty years — and Transitional Living Services of Northern New York, which provided residential psychiatric rehabilitation. Its Lowville site runs an intensive outpatient program for substance use alongside mental health services, part of an organization that treats children, adolescents, adults, families and caregivers. THRIVE is certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports and by the Office of Mental Health, and its opioid treatment program is accredited by CARF. Payment can be made through Medicaid, Medicare, private or military insurance, or state funding.

Midwest Detox Center provides medically supervised withdrawal management and residential treatment in Maumee, Ohio, with partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient care and medication-assisted treatment following on. It is a private, state-licensed facility offering 24-hour medical care, treating substance use alongside co-occurring mental health conditions with a mix of holistic and evidence-based practice. The center works with Ohio Medicaid as well as most major insurers, and Medicare, private and military insurance and self-pay are also accepted.

Memphis Recovery Centers has worked to help people conquer addiction in Memphis since 1970, and is a non-profit — which it says allows it to keep overheads down and charge reasonable rates. It provides residential treatment for adults and a separate residential program for adolescents aged 13 to 17, together with dual-diagnosis and trauma therapy for people whose substance use sits alongside a mental health condition, and treats spiritual, physical, emotional, social and occupational wellbeing as part of the same course of care. Payment can be made through Medicare, private or military insurance, or state funding.

Denton House is Life Help's residential chemical dependency program for men in Greenwood, Mississippi, run by the Region 6 community mental health organization that also operates an intensive outpatient program at the same address. It provides residential treatment and detoxification, including medication-assisted treatment. This program does not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Military insurance, self-pay and public assistance are accepted.

California Recovery Center (CRC) runs a full continuum of addiction treatment across several locations in Roseville, California, just north-east of Sacramento — medically supervised detox including alcohol detox, residential inpatient care, a partial hospitalization program, intensive outpatient and regular outpatient treatment, and an ongoing aftercare and alumni program. Its inpatient and outpatient programs are separately licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services, the inpatient service is accredited by The Joint Commission, and the center is a NAATP member; it also operates a state-licensed DUI program and treats co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions. CRC accepts private insurance — including Kaiser, Sutter Health, Western Health Advantage, Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Magellan and TRICARE — as well as self-pay, with third-party financing available.

Mount Rogers Community Services provides behavioral health, developmental disability, and substance use services across southwest Virginia, with residential and crisis programs at its Marion campus on Hospital Avenue. The public services board serves Bland, Carroll, Grayson, Smyth, and Wythe counties and the city of Galax.

WestCare Georgia provides residential substance use treatment in Carrollton, as part of WestCare — a worldwide family of non-profit organizations whose work spans treatment and rehabilitation, mental health and wellness, emergency support, housing, education and prevention, criminal justice programs, domestic violence services and support for veterans. WestCare Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and it describes every program as part of a continuum of person-centered, trauma-informed care. Military insurance is accepted.

Spectrum Healthcare Group is a nonprofit integrated behavioral health and primary care provider headquartered in Cottonwood, Arizona, with additional Arizona locations. Services described on its website include outpatient behavioral health counseling, primary care, crisis response, and telehealth for adults, young adults, seniors, and adolescents, with treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions using approaches such as CBT and DBT. Medicaid (AHCCCS), Medicare, private insurance, and military insurance are accepted.

Alpharus Health's alcohol and drug treatment center in Springfield provides long-term residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment for adolescents and adults, including expectant mothers and women with children.
