Located in San Jose, Momentum for Mental Health Full Service Partnership TAY is an after-school drop-in center that provides outpatient mental health services and case management for adolescents and young adults 16 to 25 years of age.

The Cumberland Clinic is an outpatient drug rehab facility that welcomes men and women, ages 18 and older, who have been addicted to opiates for a year or more.

Residential sober living homes for women, with up to 2 children under 10. The programs are either 6 or 12 months in length, and are very affordable. In Baltimore and and Crownsville.

Rosecrance Woodstock Recovery Home is a transitional living substance abuse recovery program for adult men and women, consisting of two duplexes next door to each other. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

Lakeside Milam Recovery Centers in Issaquah is an outpatient rehab and intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults and teenager. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

Western Judicial Services in Ocala is an outpatient rehab that provides services for men and women. This provider does treat opioid addiction.
