The mission of this ranch-based Adult & Teen Challenge is to provide youth, adults and families an effective and comprehensive faith-based prevention or solution to drug and alcohol addiction and other life controlling problems.

Hillcrest Adolescent Treatment Center provides residential treatment for teens ages 12–18 in Agoura Hills, California. The program is CARF-accredited and follows a 90-day treatment standard with individual therapy two to three times per week, plus experiential therapies including equine, surf, and expressive arts. Hillcrest treats dual diagnosis, mental health conditions, and substance use in a campus setting with outdoor spaces, a koi pond, and meditation gardens.

Liberty House Recovery is a drug and alcohol detox and residential rehabilitation center on The Terrace in Redlands, California. Treatment plans are individual and trauma-informed, combining evidence-based therapy with holistic work, and dual-diagnosis programs treat co-occurring mental health conditions alongside the substance use rather than after it. Private and military insurance and self-pay are accepted, with insurance verification available including TriWest coverage.

Alamo Behavioral Health is a residential mental health and substance use treatment facility in San Antonio, Texas. It offers medical detoxification, residential treatment, and primary mental health programs, combining evidence-based therapies with holistic approaches, with 24-hour admissions counselors and insurance verification as part of the intake process.

The Stepping Stones unit at Meadville Medical Center provides inpatient drug and alcohol detoxification and rehabilitation with outpatient counseling, for adults aged 18 and over. BriteLife Recovery at Lexington is the New York campus of BriteLife Recovery, run by Windham Falls Recovery LLC at 2774 NY-42 in West Kill, in the Catskill Mountains of Greene County. New York State's Department of Health lists the entity as "Windham Falls Recovery LLC dba BriteLife Recovery at Lexington", and the older Windham Falls name is no longer used publicly. The program runs medically supervised detoxification lasting roughly five to seven days, followed by residential treatment averaging 28 days with gender-specific care, and inpatient treatment for co-occurring anxiety and depression. Clinical work draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, motivational interviewing, polyvagal- and somatic-informed practice, attachment theory, shame resilience work and grief work. An alumni program continues after discharge. Detox and residential services occupy separate buildings on wooded grounds with hiking trails, group therapy rooms, an auditorium, common areas and a fire pit, and an executive chef prepares the meals. BriteLife states the site is certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports and accredited by the Joint Commission. Insurers named on its site include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Anthem, Optum, CDPHP and MVP. BriteLife also operates locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

Hoy Recovery Program provides residential substance use treatment for men and women in the Velarde area of northern New Mexico. The program operates in a community-based setting with residential services and addiction treatment integrated into a broader community recovery mission. Hoy Recovery accepts Medicare, private insurance, and military insurance. The organization maintains active social media outreach on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.

Mockingbird Hill Recovery Center is a treatment facility in Anderson, Ind., that offers "whole health" recovery care for men age 18+. This includes onsite addiction treatment from licensed professionals, primary medical care, behavioral healthcare therapy, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), individual case management, peer counseling and more. We accept Medicaid as well as traditional insurance.

Stutzman Addiction Treatment Center is a state-operated residential addiction treatment center on Forest Avenue in Buffalo, run within the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports system. It provides residential rehabilitation for adults with substance use disorders, including people with co-occurring mental health conditions. The Ranch is Ranch Recovery Centers, Inc.'s men's residential campus in Desert Hot Springs, in operation since 1972. It houses up to 43 men in dormitory settings within an organization that also runs Hacienda Valdez for women and a family program, and lists several commercial insurers plus Medi-Cal information.

Innova Recovery Center is a trauma-focused treatment provider on Paesanos Parkway in San Antonio that holds The Joint Commission's National Quality Approval and runs separate tracks for women, men, teenagers aged 12 to 17, and military members, veterans and their families. Treatment plans are matched to co-occurring conditions and assigned to therapists trained in specific specialisms rather than a single general program, spanning residential care, partial hospitalisation and intensive outpatient groups plus online therapy. Accepted coverage includes Medicare and private plans such as Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, TRICARE, Magellan and Ambetter.

Livengrin Foundation has treated drug and alcohol addiction in Pennsylvania since 1966, when a Philadelphia advertising executive, Standish Forde Hansell, converted a 50-year-old country estate on 44 acres at Bensalem into a non-profit for people with alcoholism. The campus still occupies those 44 acres and now holds three modern residential houses alongside detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs, plus intervention services and a dedicated gambling addiction program. Livengrin gives preferential admission to four priority groups — pregnant women, overdose survivors, people who inject drugs, and veterans — and provides resources for uninsured and under-insured patients. Medicaid, private and military insurance, state funding and self-pay are accepted.

Pathways Wholeness Center is a residential treatment program in Utah providing residential and partial hospitalization level care. The program supports adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Treatment is delivered in a residential setting with structured daily programming.

Alpharus Health in Carbondale is a dual diagnosis treatment center and long-term rehab program for teenagers and adults struggling with both addiction and mental illness. The Carbondale program is unchanged by the organisation's August 2026 renaming from Gateway Foundation to Alpharus Health.

New Freedom Academy is a residential addiction treatment program in Canterbury, New Hampshire, part of Granite Recovery Centers, which has served New England for over 15 years. The program offers medical detoxification, medication-assisted treatment, residential treatment and intensive outpatient counseling within a full continuum that includes 12-step curriculum. It accepts Medicare, private insurance, military coverage and self-pay.

Greenhouse Treatment Center provides medically supervised detox, residential addiction treatment, and outpatient care at its campus in Grand Prairie, Texas, between Dallas and Fort Worth. The American Addiction Centers facility treats adults with substance use disorders through individualized plans combining medical care, individual and group counseling, and aftercare. Greenhouse accepts most commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and Magellan.

Regional Health Systems is a non-profit community mental health center and federally qualified health center in Munster, serving northwest Indiana with addiction treatment, behavioral health and primary care. Its wrap-around addiction services cover adults — including pregnant women and women with children — and adolescents, with Vivitrol and Suboxone offered at both of its locations and a peer-support program staffed by people with their own lived experience of recovery. Bilingual Spanish-speaking staff are on site, and interpretation is available in more than 240 further languages including American Sign Language. Care is offered regardless of ability to pay, and Medicaid and Medicare are accepted.
