The Retreat is a drug and alcohol rehab for men,seniors, women. We are based in Wayzata, Minnesota. Our focus is on residential addiction treatment. The Retreat further specializes in the provision of and long-term inpatient treatment (30 days+). Private rooms available.

New Beginnings in Waverly is a treatment facility and inpatient rehab for men and women. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

Project Turnabout is a Minnesota nonprofit addiction treatment provider founded in 1970, with this location in Marshall among several campuses including its main residential campus in Granite Falls. Treatment follows a step-down approach from detox and residential care through outpatient and low-intensity transitional living, alongside a specialized Vanguard program for gambling addiction. It accepts private insurance, military insurance, and state-funded coverage.

Recovery In Motion provides residential substance use treatment in Fairmont, Minnesota, alongside an outpatient program offering comprehensive addiction care. The program serves adults and accepts Medicare, private insurance, military insurance, and state-financed coverage.

Its Worthington campus provides intensive residential treatment, adult outpatient therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and substance abuse treatment, alongside a 24/7 crisis hotline at 1-800-642-1525. Services also include psychiatry and assertive community treatment (ACT).
