Farnum Center further specializes in the provision of an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a day treatment program (PHP) and medical detoxification.

Avenues Recovery Center at Dublin offers residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient addiction treatment in Dublin, New Hampshire. The site previously operated as the Phoenix House Dublin Center. The program serves adults and young adults with co-occurring mental health conditions and provides cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Buprenorphine is available for opioid use disorder.

Hope on Haven Hill is a non-profit provider of residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use treatment for women in Rochester, New Hampshire, including withdrawal management. The program serves adult and young adult women with co-occurring mental health conditions and offers cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Buprenorphine is available for opioid use disorder, and Medicare is accepted.
