The CLARE Foundation operates multiple treatment programs located in Santa Monica, California. This is the women's program including outpatient and inpatient care, detoxification, including for opioid addiction, and supported housing.

Jaywalker Lodge is a men's addiction treatment community in Carbondale, Colorado, built on 12-Step Facilitation and an open community model of care. We treat substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health conditions and trauma, guiding clients through a multi-stage continuum, from stabilization through transitional living and long-term recovery leadership, toward lasting sobriety and a life of purpose.

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in Naples is a detox clinic and Treatment Center and long-term rehab for men and women.

Ascend Recovery is a residential addiction treatment program in American Fork, Utah, serving the greater Salt Lake City area. The program provides residential and partial hospitalization level care for adults with substance use disorders. Treatment is delivered in a structured residential setting.

Phoenix House Orange County provides residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use treatment in Santa Ana, California, as part of the non-profit Phoenix House network. The program works with adults and young adults, including veterans and people with co-occurring mental health conditions, and offers cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma-focused counseling. Buprenorphine is available for opioid use disorder.

New Haven is a residential treatment center and boarding school in Spanish Fork, Utah for teenage girls aged 13 to 18. The program combines clinical treatment with accredited academics, helping students build skills to recover from trauma and emotional and behavioral difficulties. Care is delivered residentially with family involvement.

ServiceNet is a nonprofit human services organization serving western Massachusetts with mental health, substance use recovery, developmental disability and brain injury services. Its substance use recovery programs include residential recovery houses and supportive housing, counseling, and a certified community behavioral health clinic (CCBHC), alongside vocational programs such as Prospect Meadow Farm. It accepts Medicaid and Medicare, among other coverage.

Center for Discovery's Plano location opened in 2015 in an estate-style home in the Willow Bend neighbourhood of Plano, Texas, and provides residential eating disorder treatment for young people of all genders aged 9 to 17. The programme treats anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia and other specified feeding or eating disorders, including cases with co-occurring mental health conditions, and the wider organisation also runs intensive outpatient care at three to five hours a day, three to five days a week for adolescents and adults. Private insurance is accepted, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Optum, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, TRICARE and TriWest.

The Cambridge Recovery Sober Living Home offers an affordable transitional space for men who are committed to continuing their journey of overcoming alcohol and drug addictions. We have created a sober living home environment that is both supportive yet independent, enabling residents to gradually transition back to the real world at a pace that is comfortable for them.

Newfane House of Hope is a residential recovery program in Newfane, New York, affiliated with Save the Michaels of the World, a nonprofit founded in 2011 after the opioid-related death of 20-year-old Michael David Israel. The program provides residential substance use treatment with linkage to treatment and transportation support. It accepts Medicare, private insurance, military coverage, state funding and self-pay.

Guiding Road Recovery Center provides residential, intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient treatment for men in Phoenix, Arizona. Programs address substance use and co-occurring conditions with CBT, trauma-related counseling, and relapse prevention. Private and military insurance are accepted.

Oxbow Academy is a residential treatment program and therapeutic boarding school in Mount Pleasant, Utah for boys aged 10 to 17 with problematic sexual behaviors, including compulsive sexual behavior and pornography addiction. The program also treats co-occurring substance addictions and houses neurodiverse and neurotypical students in separate units. Care moves through evaluation, treatment and transition phases on a residential campus.

Willow Tree Recovery is a residential addiction treatment program in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The program offers individualized residential care for adults with substance use disorders, with a strong clinical presence in a focused treatment environment. Residential treatment is the primary level of care at this location.

Promises Dallas-Fort Worth is a residential addiction treatment center on Highland Drive in Lewisville, Texas, serving adults with drug and alcohol use disorders in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Buffalo Plains Recovery provides ASAM 3.7 medically supervised detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care from a quiet residential facility on East Fairlane Drive in Rapid City, with same-day admissions available. The program treats alcohol, opioid, stimulant and benzodiazepine dependence and offers medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder; it is licensed by the South Dakota Department of Social Services and accredited by the Joint Commission. South Dakota Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, along with most major insurers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and TRICARE.
