U-Turn For Christ New Mexico is a faith-based residential discipleship ministry in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with separate men's and women's programs for people seeking recovery from substance use. The program is a physical work program grounded in Bible study and Christian living, supported by a mandatory $1,000 admission donation for the first two months (about $16 per day), and asks that applicants have no outstanding warrants or significant health issues.

Serenity Mesa Recovery Center is a youth substance use treatment facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving young people ages 14 to 20 who struggle with addiction to drugs or alcohol and may have a co-occurring disorder. It provides medical detox, residential treatment for men, residential treatment for women and children, medication-assisted treatment, sober living bridge housing and outpatient services, with no one turned away for an inability to pay and Medicaid accepted.
