The Galilee Mission has provided recovery services in southern Rhode Island since 1984 and is a non-profit serving Washington County and the surrounding area. It runs two residential houses at different levels of care: Brett's Place in Wakefield is a 14-bed high-intensity residential facility at ASAM level 3.5, focused on post-crisis care for people who have just come through a detox or a crisis; Galilee House, in the seaside town of Narragansett, is a 16-bed ASAM 3.1 house for people who need residential structure at lower clinical intensity. Outpatient and intensive outpatient services and mental health counseling run alongside them, so the step down happens inside the same organization. The program takes Medicare alongside private and military insurance and state funding.

Sierra Health and Wellness Centers provides residential treatment and outpatient addiction and mental health care in Northern California. The program offers medically supervised detoxification, residential inpatient care, and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels, treating substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health conditions such as PTSD — with a specialized understanding of veterans and first responders. Sierra Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, and most private insurance plans. Same-day assessments are available, and the program coordinates family involvement and aftercare planning.

POWER House is the residential recovery home of POWER - the Pennsylvania Organization for Women in Early Recovery - on Church Street in Swissvale, part of an all-women continuum the organization describes as gender-responsive, built around how addiction and recovery differ for women. Alongside the house, POWER runs New Day outpatient therapy, peer-based recovery support for people in Allegheny County through POWER Connection, and POWER Restore, a 21-bed detox and rehabilitation program reopening at the POWER campus, where the clinical, medical and recovery-support team moves clients from withdrawal management into ongoing treatment. Anyone can call the POWER Line, including adults and adolescents and family members worried about someone else; recorded payment options include Medicare, military insurance and self-pay.

Guiding Road Recovery Center provides residential, intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient treatment for men in Phoenix, Arizona. Programs address substance use and co-occurring conditions with CBT, trauma-related counseling, and relapse prevention. Private and military insurance are accepted.

BrightQuest Treatment Centers provides residential mental health treatment for adults with complex psychiatric conditions at its San Diego, California location. The program offers long-term therapeutic community-based treatment integrating individual therapy, group therapy, and life skills development. Ambrosia Treatment Center in Port Saint Lucie is one of several treatment facilities in the Ambrosia group that provides quality inpatient drug rehabilitation, especially from opioid addiction. Accredited by the Joint Commission (Gold Seal), their affordable, world-class treatment is often fully covered by private insurance and can last from 14 days to 180+ days.

The Carl E. Dahl House on Green Street in Gardner, Massachusetts describes itself as a therapeutic farm community for people with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders - an alternative for people who say they are tired of the same treatment approach. The residential program sits alongside the organization's newer ROOTS service (Resilient, Optimistic, Open-Minded, Thriving, Serene), which provides outpatient support for young people aged 12 to 24 dealing with substance misuse or mental health challenges. Rogers Behavioral Health provides intensive outpatient mental health and addiction treatment in Madison, Wisconsin. The nationally recognized nonprofit treatment network offers specialized programs including OCD and anxiety treatment, eating disorder recovery, and depression and mood disorder care across multiple states. Rogers accepts Medicare and private insurance.

Oxbow Academy is a residential treatment program and therapeutic boarding school in Mount Pleasant, Utah for boys aged 10 to 17 with problematic sexual behaviors, including compulsive sexual behavior and pornography addiction. The program also treats co-occurring substance addictions and houses neurodiverse and neurotypical students in separate units. Care moves through evaluation, treatment and transition phases on a residential campus.

Heartland Girls' Ranch provides residential treatment for adolescent girls in Benson, Minnesota. The programme combines substance use disorder treatment with mental health services, an on-site school programme, and equine-assisted therapy through its horse programme. Heartland also offers the Hearts for Freedom programme for survivors of sex trafficking. The ranch setting provides a structured, therapeutic environment where residents work with horses as part of their recovery process.

Lifeskills South Florida provides residential treatment in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The program serves adults and offers individual and group counseling, relapse prevention planning, and aftercare coordination.

The Ellen O'Brien Gaiser Addiction Center is a non-profit, Pennsylvania-licensed addiction treatment provider that has worked in Butler County since 1971. Its inpatient service offers high-intensity residential treatment for women and men with chronic addiction 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with gender-specific programming on the provider's stated view that men and women experience addiction differently, medication-assisted treatment overseen by a full-time addiction medicine physician, wellness and mental health assessments, and Ellen's House for continuing care. Outpatient options include day, evening and Saturday sessions, an intensive outpatient program, telehealth, certified recovery specialist support and tobacco cessation; recorded payment options include Medicare, private and military insurance and self-pay.

Sober Mountain provides IOP treatment in Arizona. The program accepts Medicaid, private insurance.

Newfane House of Hope is a residential recovery program in Newfane, New York, run by Save the Michaels of the World — a non-profit that began in June 2011 as a kitchen-table action group formed after the opioid-related death of twenty-year-old Michael David Israel, and which now works on awareness, placement into treatment and getting people to it. Alongside residential treatment, the organization helps arrange placement and provides transport, which in rural Niagara County is often the practical obstacle rather than the willingness. Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding are accepted, along with self-pay.
