Monte Nido Rosewood Ranch in Wickenburg, Arizona is a licensed inpatient behavioral health facility specializing in eating disorders — anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and ARFID — for adults and adolescents of all genders, with adult and adolescent treatment kept in separate secure locations. Levels of care run from inpatient stabilization through 24/7 residential living to day treatment (PHP and IOP) and virtual programs, and co-occurring addictions and mood or psychiatric disorders are treated alongside the eating disorder. The program is accredited by The Joint Commission and is a member of the Residential Eating Disorder Consortium and the Eating Disorders Coalition. Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance are accepted, and Monte Nido is in-network with most major insurers.

Seven Counties Services offers a drug and alcohol rehab program for expecting mothers. We are based in Louisville, Kentucky. Our focus is on rehab treatment for expecting mothers and we further specialize in the provision of an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and medical detoxification.

New Day Recovery provides medical detox, residential treatment and an intensive outpatient program for drug and alcohol addiction on Greenwood Road in Shreveport, with a 24/7 supportive residential community and onsite assessments producing psychosocial reports that address both addictive behaviour and co-occurring conditions. Additional support includes the Rally Point Recovery veterans program, and the site states its staff are fully licensed, certified and credentialed. Louisiana Medicaid covers intensive outpatient services here, and Medicare and private insurance are also accepted.

Alpha Oaks provides residential substance use treatment for women in Carmichael, California. The program serves adult women in a structured residential setting with individual and group counseling, life skills training, and recovery support. Alpha Oaks is a women-only program focused on helping women achieve long-term sobriety.

Keenan House is a residential addiction treatment programme in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, operated by the Brien Center, a community-based nonprofit with over 100 years of service in Berkshire County. The Brien Center provides acute care, addiction treatment, and mental health services across the county through programmes including a Community Behavioral Health Center, emergency services, child and adolescent care, and the Have Hope peer recovery initiative. Keenan House accepts Medicaid, Medicare, military insurance, and state-financed coverage.

Action Family Counseling has served the Santa Clarita Valley since 1997, providing addiction and mental health treatment for teens aged 12–17 and adults at every level of care. The center offers residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, medication-assisted treatment, and a sober living and extended care program. Action is in-network with most major insurance carriers and accepts private insurance.

Gateway Rehab operates a women's halfway house program at its Washington, Pennsylvania location on Weirich Avenue, formerly Greenbriar Treatment Center's Lighthouse for Women. The program provides structured transitional residential care within Gateway Rehab's regional addiction treatment network.

Evolve Cole Ranch in Encinitas, California, is a residential treatment program for adolescents ages 12–17 with mental health conditions, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Founded in 2014, Evolve offers industry-leading programming including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and a neuroaffirming track for autistic teens. The center does not accept Medi-Cal or Medicaid and provides free insurance verification.

Spring Lake Ranch is a farm-based therapeutic community in Cuttingsville, Vermont, offering licensed residential treatment for adults with mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use. Residents share in the daily work of the ranch — forestry, the shop crew, agriculture — alongside clinical treatment, in a model that treats meaningful work as part of recovery rather than as an activity around it. Support continues after the residential stay through the Ranch's transitional programs, including supported housing in nearby Rutland.

Located in the peaceful western Chicago suburbs of Aurora, Alpharus Health is a comfortable residential and outpatient addiction treatment center for men and women/ boys and girls. The center opened under the Gateway Foundation name, which the organisation replaced with Alpharus Health in August 2026.
