Newfane House of Hope

Newfane House of Hope is a residential recovery program in Newfane, New York, run by Save the Michaels of the World — a non-profit that began in June 2011 as a kitchen-table action group formed after the opioid-related death of twenty-year-old Michael David Israel, and which now works on awareness, placement into treatment and getting people to it. Alongside residential treatment, the organization helps arrange placement and provides transport, which in rural Niagara County is often the practical obstacle rather than the willingness. Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding are accepted, along with self-pay.
