BasePoint Academy is a teen and adolescent mental health treatment provider in the Dallas area, and McKinney at 4733 Medical Center Drive is one of the centers listed on its locations page alongside Forney and Frisco. The program runs day treatment and intensive outpatient levels for adolescents, with a faith-based teen treatment track available and a separate young adult program for ages 18 to 35, and treats co-occurring substance use alongside conditions such as anxiety, depression and ADHD. Private insurance, military insurance and self-payment are accepted.

Youth & Family Services of North Central Oklahoma was founded in 1974 to provide emergency shelter for children affected by abuse, neglect and delinquent behavior, at a time when the Garfield County jail was the only temporary shelter available to them. From its West Oxford Street base in Enid it now runs an emergency youth shelter, outpatient counseling and intensive outpatient services, a partnership with Enid Public Schools, and the treatment arm of Garfield County's specialty courts — the adult drug court running since 2004 and the juvenile drug court since 2000. Its adolescent substance use work uses the Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach, a named evidence-based model rather than a general youth counseling offer, and services range from drug and alcohol education through outpatient counseling to referral. Funding comes from private donations, city, county, state and federal grants, Medicaid, private insurance, United Way and client fees. Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding are accepted, a sliding fee scale applies by family size and income, and eligible clients are not denied services for inability to pay.

The Gaudenzia Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Center. Gaudenzia in Philadelphia is a certified multi-service non-profit community addiction services provider, with multiple locations throughout Philadelphia and the state. Offering residential detox, long term rehabs for men, women, women with children, pregnant women, HIV symptomatic and dual diagnosis patients. Payment by Medicaid or insurance, with payment assistance available.

Boise Girls Academy is a lower cost Christian therapeutic boarding school in Boise, Idaho for troubled girls between ages 13-17.

Palmerton Place is a residential substance use treatment program for adolescents and young adults on Harlem Road in West Seneca, run by Kids Escaping Drugs, which has worked on adolescent addiction in Western New York for more than thirty years. Treatment sits inside a wider effort that includes education and early intervention — the organization's Face2Face program takes prevention work directly to young people and families in a county that recorded over 280 opiate-related deaths in 2024. Treasure Coast Academy is a Teen Challenge boarding school for troubled boys aged 13-18 located in Vero Beach, Florida. The facility is lower in cost than typical therapeutic boarding schools for boys, offering help and hope to parents of troubled or misguided teenage boys.

Hillside Children's Center provides residential treatment and intensive outpatient services for youth in Auburn, New York. The organization's programs include residential treatment, foster care and kinship placement, adoption, in-home and community-based services, and the Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection. Alpharus Health Lake Villa is a beautiful residential addiction treatment center and long-term rehab on the shores of Fox Lake in Lake Villa, Illinois. Its operator changed its name from Gateway Foundation to Alpharus Health in August 2026.

Embark Behavioral Health's Springville residential treatment center works with adolescent and teen girls, and with nonbinary and LGBTQ+ young people, on Level 1 autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression and mood disorders. Set near the Springville freshwater springs, it blends inpatient mental health care with outdoor experiences, daily fitness and schooling, using approaches including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Private insurance is accepted; Embark states that it cannot accept Medicaid for this program, so cover should be settled before admission.

Memphis Recovery Centers has worked to help people conquer addiction in Memphis since 1970, and is a non-profit — which it says allows it to keep overheads down and charge reasonable rates. It provides residential treatment for adults and a separate residential program for adolescents aged 13 to 17, together with dual-diagnosis and trauma therapy for people whose substance use sits alongside a mental health condition, and treats spiritual, physical, emotional, social and occupational wellbeing as part of the same course of care. Payment can be made through Medicare, private or military insurance, or state funding.

This is the teen substance use service of the Riverside Latino Commission on Drugs & Alcohol, at 1612 First Street in Coachella, California. It treats adolescents on an outpatient basis, so a young person keeps living at home and attending school while they are in the program, and it serves families across the Coachella Valley. Care starts with a psychological and medical assessment. What follows draws on substance education, coping-skills training, work on managing emotions and on communication, individual counseling and family counseling, with group discussion sessions tied to the educational classes. The program ends with relapse-prevention work and an aftercare plan. The site is licensed and certified by the California Department of Health Care Services under provider number 330037DN, certified through 28 February 2027. It does not provide opioid-specific treatment such as methadone or buprenorphine, and it is not a residential program — the same organization runs residential recovery homes for adults and an outpatient mental health clinic at other addresses in the valley.
