Rosecrance New Life Outpatient Center in Davenport is a substance abuse treatment facility for teens, adults and families. Formerly known as New Life, this well-known IOP has served the Great Quad Cities since 1991. The program accepts clients on opioid medication.

Youth & Family Services of North Central Oklahoma was founded in 1974 to provide emergency shelter for children affected by abuse, neglect and delinquent behavior, at a time when the Garfield County jail was the only temporary shelter available to them. From its West Oxford Street base in Enid it now runs an emergency youth shelter, outpatient counseling and intensive outpatient services, a partnership with Enid Public Schools, and the treatment arm of Garfield County's specialty courts — the adult drug court running since 2004 and the juvenile drug court since 2000. Its adolescent substance use work uses the Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach, a named evidence-based model rather than a general youth counseling offer, and services range from drug and alcohol education through outpatient counseling to referral. Funding comes from private donations, city, county, state and federal grants, Medicaid, private insurance, United Way and client fees. Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance and state funding are accepted, a sliding fee scale applies by family size and income, and eligible clients are not denied services for inability to pay.

BasePoint Academy is a teen and adolescent mental health treatment provider in the Dallas area, and McKinney at 4733 Medical Center Drive is one of the centers listed on its locations page alongside Forney and Frisco. The program runs day treatment and intensive outpatient levels for adolescents, with a faith-based teen treatment track available and a separate young adult program for ages 18 to 35, and treats co-occurring substance use alongside conditions such as anxiety, depression and ADHD. Private insurance, military insurance and self-payment are accepted.

Clearfork Academy's Carrollton campus provides outpatient treatment for adolescents at 4100 Fairway Court, Suite 220, serving families across the northern Dallas suburbs. It runs partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) tracks for teenagers being treated for substance use, alcohol and drug addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm and co-occurring conditions, so a teen can stay at home and in school while in structured clinical care. Therapy includes individual and group work, CBT, DBT, EMDR and family counselling. Clearfork Academy was founded by Austin Davis, LPC-S, treats adolescents only, and is Christ-centred in approach with families kept part of treatment throughout. This is one of four Clearfork Academy sites in North Texas.
