Heartland Girls' Ranch provides residential treatment for adolescent girls in Benson, Minnesota. The programme combines substance use disorder treatment with mental health services, an on-site school programme, and equine-assisted therapy through its horse programme. Heartland also offers the Hearts for Freedom programme for survivors of sex trafficking. The ranch setting provides a structured, therapeutic environment where residents work with horses as part of their recovery process.

Minnesota Girls Academy is a therapeutic, residential program helping girls ages 13 to 17 in overcoming the emotional or behavioral struggles that can keep them from living fulfilling lives and having healthy social and familial relationships.
